How To Use the Yoni Steaming Herbs
Doing an at-home Yoni steaming can be a delightful cleansing experience. Below, I have provided instructions on how to use your herbal blend and a few suggestions:
In a saucepan, add 1-2 cups of water and let simmer for a few minutes until it comes to a boil. Remove the pot from heat, add 1 cup of herbs (if single use, use the entire package), cover with a lid or a clean towel and let sit for about 7-10 minutes.
